Just some of the projects I have done ( Note : were done be me only, unless noted otherwise.)

Paver project for next door neighbor -- New barbecue grilling area.

Built new built-in niches with halogen lighting and the one on right I also added cabinetry below. (Note: Both use to be coat closets).

Built custom red oak mantel and Cultured Stone Built built-in shelving in downstairs bathroom. fireplace.(Did raised hearth and floor to ceiling Cultured Stone).

Replaced all interior hollow core Luan doors with solid core doors and all door trim and baseboard in entire house.

Helped remove old front entry door and helped install Built wall and installed new interior French doorsnew fiberglass door with transom and sidelights. in downstairs family room.Needed help mainly because of weight and size of new door. Also had to close in quickly.

Removed carpeting and installed new risers and oak treads for split entry stairs. Re-finished railings.

Installed new high-end vinyl flooring in entry way Installed new Armstrong laminate floatingand in garage entry. Had to remove old ceramic floor in downstairs kitchen. tile in entry way and re-do floor.

Built new stairs in garage. Built new attic opening in office ceiling. Closed upold attic opening in master bedroom closet.

Replaced all light switches and outlets in entire Replaced exterior light fixtures with house. This included GFI’s in bathrooms and new fixtures. Replaced spotlight onnear kitchen sinks. back deck and another light fixture.

Replaced old ceiling fan with new one and also Insulated all copper pipes in boiler room.refinished blades and metal parts (use to be all white).

Did all backsplash tile work in downstairs Did all backsplash tile work in upstairs kitchen. kitchen.

Again did all upstairs kitchen tile work. Removed old garden style window and reframed / replaced with energy efficient Andersen casement window. Did all finish work.

Stripped off and replaced all cedar siding on Built small roof over front door ( I contracted front of house with new tongue and groove out copper seam metal work). I also stainedvertical cedar siding. I did all demo and front door. carpentry work which included all siding.(also installed Tyvek paper before siding).Also painted whole house.

Stripped off old siding and replaced with Tyvek I designed multi-level rear deck on computerpaper and fiber cement siding. Removed old and helped build it.garden window and replaced with new energy efficient window (small window in middle).

Did all under deck lattice work using vinyl lattice. Installed new black aluminum metal fencing and gate. Did all demo of old wooden fence and gate.

Again installed new metal fence and also I Did fence and planted shrubs in front of fence.planted row of emerald green arborvitaes. (were 6’ when I originally planted them).

Did pruning and planting of all shrubs and hostas. Also did all mulching. Planted shrubs, doAlso do all the mulching ( 7 – 8 yards mulch in a all trimming. Also do grass fertilization andday by wheel barrow – Spring time ). mowing. And blowing and raking of leaves in Fall.

More plantings, mulching and landscaping that I have done. Also all stone gravel and edging.

More landscaping and also installed reed fence onto chain link fence. Where plantings are now use to be all overgrown with weeds, brush and small trees. I removed them all and built up berm. I hauled away all of old growth to town landfill. Then planted everything you see.
