Pursuing MBA in Healthcare Management with specialization in Hospital Operation Management from PRIST University with 7.6 CGPA up to 2nd semester.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Allahabad Deemed University with 70% aggregate in 2008.

12th from of AHSEC board (ASSAM) with 60% aggregate in 2002.

10th from SEBA board (ASSAM) with 75% aggregate in 2000. WORK EXPERIENCE (1.8 years+):

Working as a Max trainee in MAX Super Specialty Hospital, Saket in Medical Excellence from Nov 2010 to till date.

Role and Responsibilities:-

Data collection and analysis of Patient Safety Culture forms received from all units. Assist performance monitoring by gathering relevant data and producing statistical

reports. To coordinate with all concerned Departments for inventory and quality standards

established for customer feedback. To support and assist in internal audit schedule like Patient Safety Audit, Departmental

Audit etc. To ensure proper implementation of Quality Indicators like waiting time in OPD,

discharge time in IPD etc. To understand and streamline the current process of the three departments – OPD, IPD and OT.

Periodically being involved in random and planned audit activities for quality monitoring purposes.

Worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist in Mangaldai Poly clinic from 1st March, 2008 to 1st Aug, 09.

Role and Responsibilities:-

To give relieve to the sufferings of the human beings. To manage and guide all the paramedical staff. To support and provide expertise in operating all the physiotherapy equipments used in

curing the patient.

Got appointed as a Physiotherapist in the 1st ONE DAY INTERNATIONAL INDIA Vs PAKISTAN at Nehru Stadium, Guwahati in the 5th November,2007
