User Guide At A GlanceThe My eHealth Portal is a link from the Penn Highlands Healthcare website.

When you login, you will see the “Home” screen with access to the main content buttons across the top, a link to the HealthLines online magazine from Penn Highlands Healthcare, Key Metrics (lab, vital signs) and the greeting.

From the Home page, use the content buttons on the upper left of the screen to navigate to the key areas:

• Health Record• Appointments• Discharge Documents• Lab Results• Online Bill Pay

AppointmentsThis shows future appointments scheduled for radiology, mammography and surgical procedures at the hospital. Use the printer icon to print to your printer when available.

Discharge DocumentsYou can view your inpatient summary generated at the time of your discharge from the hospital. Download and save them if you want to.

Lab ResultsSearch for results based on date discharged from the hospital. Download and save them if you want to.

Pay My Bill OnlinePay your hospital bill online for visits after 7/1/2014 for PH Brookville and PH DuBois, visits after 3/1/2017 for PH Clearfield and after 3/1/2018 for PH Elk.

Menus - Upper right hand side of the page include:• Home - At any time you can click on

the “Home” link to return to the home page.

• Your login name - There is a menu under your login name that allows you to view your account access log and the “Help” menu.

• When you have completed viewing your information, use the “Sign Out” menu to logout of the secure portal.

Please note that the My eHealth Inpatient Portal is separate from the patient portal that may be used in your physician practice.

Health Record The Health Record includes a view of clinical data from the hospital Electronic Medical Record. The Health Record is broken up into the following sections:

Health Profile - List of current medication, immunizations, given at PH Brookville, PH Clearfield, PH DuBois and PH Elk; allergies and other health issues.

Results - Lab results are available. Use the arrow at the far right of each result to trend results.

Documents - View or download clinical summaries. Downloading allows you to save them and transmit them if you choose to.

Medications - Current known medication list as reported at the hospital locations. Use the “LearnMore” link on the upper right to go to MedlinePlus a trusted reference website for medication information.

Procedures - List of procedures recorded in the hospital setting.

Visit Summaries - Allows you to download and transmit documents.

Radiology - X-ray reports are available to review.
