My favorite movie is "Patch Adams".

It is a story based on the life of Dr. Hunter Patch Adams, who was a troubled man who voluntarilycommitted to a mental institution. Once there, Adams realized that helping peers gives you apurpose in life and earns the nickname "Patch" ("Patch"). Because of this, he aspired to become adoctor, and two years later enroll at the Medical College of Virginia, being the oldest student of firstyear. Patch questioned the school's approach to medical care, and came into conflict with the DeanWalcott (Bob Gunton), who believes that doctors should treat patients and do not relate to them aspeople.

His friends were Carin Trumann Shiffer and Shiff, who accompanied him in every challenge he filed.Time after Patch with Carin who later fall in love is killed by a patient whom she helped.

Mi pelicula favorita es "Patch Adams".

Es una historia basada en la vida del Dr. Hunter Patch Adams, quien fue un hombre atormentadoque se compromete voluntariamente en una institucin mental. Una vez ah, Adams se di cuentade que la ayuda a sus compaeros le da un propsito en la vida y se gana el apodo de "Patch"("Parche"). Debido a esto, l aspir a convertirse en un mdico, y dos aos despus se inscribe en laUniversidad Mdica de Virginia, siendo el estudiante ms viejo de primer ao. Patch puso en dudael enfoque de la escuela a la atencin mdica, y entr en conflicto con el decano Walcott (BobGunton), quien cree que los mdicos deben tratar a los pacientes y no relacionarse con ellos como

personas.

Sus amigos fueron Carin Shiffer y Trumann Shiff, quienes lo acompaaron en cada desafio que l seinterpuso. Tiempo despues Patch con Carin se enamoran quien mas tarde es asesinada por unpaciente a quien ella ayudaba.

Es aqui donde el tom la decision de cuestionar sus metodos y todo lo que hacia por la sociedad,pues solo falto una seal para darse cuenta que estaba en lo incorrecto y decidi seguir.

El tercer ao abre una clinica junto con sus amigos donde atenda a personas gratis con los metodos

convencionales de la medicina ademas aplicando la risa como principal metodo de cura. Es asi como fu expulsado por la escuela por haber practicado la medicina sin licencia. Por lo que

fue citado a una audencia par poder decidir su futuro como medico, fue entonces apoyado sudiscurso por sus pacientes y amigos, lo cual se decidi que podia graduarse como medico.
