Steubenville Rochester: This fun weekend will take place July 12-14 in Rochester. This is for current grade 8-12 students. Registrations are

due April 24th! The cost to attend is $355 per student. We require $100 non-refundable deposit from the family to secure your spot. The church will provide $100 to match the deposit amount. Camp Summit: This 4-day experience takes place at Eagle Bluff near Lanesboro for Grades 5 to 7. July 29th–Aug 1st. Registration is all online and is due May 1st. The cost to attend Camp Summit is $250. We require $100 non-refundable deposit from the family and the church will contribute $100. The additional $50 will be paid fundraising or by the family. Please contact David or Pam for any additional information.

St. Adrian Cluster Pastoral Council Meeting: The next meeting of the St. Adrian Cluster Pastoral Council is Monday, April 29th at 7:00 PM at St. Adrian Church. We will meet in the church at 7:00 PM for Adoration.

OLGC Finance Council Meeting: The next meeting of the OLGC Finance Council is Monday, June 3rd at 7:00 PM in the school building.

Lost and Found: A diamond pendant was lost at OLGC Wilmont last Sunday as it came off the chain. If you found it, you can return to Fr. Colletti and he will pass it on to the owner. Thank you.

Easter Flower Donations: You are invited to give a donation for Easter Flowers and Decorations. Please put your donation

in an envelope marked “Easter Flowers” (or use the one in your box) with the name of your parish and the person’s name printed on it that you would like remembered. Thank you!

Holy Week Collections: Please remember to bring your Rice Bowl contributions any time during

Holy Week. On Good Friday, the collection will be taken to support programs and services in the Holy Land, as well as preserve the holy sites. Please remember to mark your contributions with your name and parish.

Love Makes the Journey Great! Join us on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:15 PM at St. Adrian Church for an uplifting presentation by motivational speaker and author Dee Dee Raap. She spreads that message with heartfelt stories and humor. A light supper will be served in the parish hall from 6:00 to 7:00 PM by the St. Joseph Council and the youth of our parish cluster. A free will offering will be taken with proceeds benefitting our summer youth activities. All are welcome!

American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be held in Adrian at the American Legion on Wednesday, April 17th from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There is a great need for your help! Please donate if you are able!

The Pastor’s Corner:

The Church celebrates today as both Palm Sunday and Passion Sunday. Today’s liturgy combines contrasting moments of glory (“Hosanna”) and suffering (“Crucify him”) – the royal welcome given to Jesus by his followers and the drama of his unjust trial culminating in his crucifixion. Holy Week challenges us to remember and relive the events which brought about our redemption and salvation, to appreciate gratefully the price Jesus paid for our salvation, and to return God’s love for us (expressed through the suffering and death of Jesus), by loving others. The meditation on these Paschal mysteries enables us to do our own dying to sin and rising with Jesus, which will result in our healing, reconciliation, and redemption. Participation in the Holy Week liturgies will also deepen our relationship with God, increase our Faith, and strengthen our lives as disciples of Jesus.

Congratulations to the new members of the Catholic Daughters of America of our parishes and the beautiful welcome they received at Mass last Sunday afternoon at Saint Anthony and a wonderful banquet afterwards. Thank you to all the CDA’s for all you do for our parishes and community!
