First draw a shape of an octagon on the two one whole illustration board. Steps on Creating the Roleta ng Karunungan Cut the shape of octagon using the cutter. Steps on Creating the Roleta ng Karunungan Draw a small circle at the center of the octagon, and then cut it using the cutter.
