JOB APPLICATIONS TAB This area is used to view and manage jobs to which you have applied. Use the Job Applications tab to view all position that you applied to.

A list of jobs to which you have applied will display with details of the position. Click on a job title to view the details of that job posting.

The Actions menu gives you three options for each job application: • View CV allows you to view the CV/resume used in your application for this

position

Withdraw an Application will remove your application from

consideration for this position • View Application and Add Attachments. You cannot edit the details of

your application, but you can add additional attachments and view the in-formation you provided.

Click on Find More Jobs to navigate back to your most recent search results.

Use the Saved Jobs tab to view the job listings you have saved but not yet applied.

A list of jobs you have saved will display with details of the positions. Click on a job title to view the details of that job posting.

SAVED SEARCHES/ALERTS TAB Create alerts when jobs are posted that match your search criteria.

Use the Saved Searches/Alerts tab to maintain saved searches or create and edit email alerts to be notified when new jobs are posted that meet search criteria.

Click Create New Job Alert button. A Create New Job Alert pop-up window will appear. You can create Up to fifteen Job Alerts.

You can have multiple saved searches and alerts. Enter a name for the particular search you are creating in the Name of Saved Search/Alert field.

Using the Email me dropdown menu, select how frequently you would like to receive email notifications regarding job postings that meet your search criteria.

Select or deselect whether you would like to only receive notifications when new jobs are available.

Using the same fields as the job search, enter all of the applicable criteria for your alert.

Click Save to save your alert.

Click on the name of a saved alert to search for positions meeting that criteria. In the Actions menu: • Run runs a search for positions meeting the criteria developed in this alert. • Edit allows you to edit the search criteria in the saved alert. • Delete deletes the selected alert from your list of alerts.

MY CANDIDATE PROFILE TAB Manage your personal profile that will be used to populate specific job applications.

Use the MY Candidate Profile tab to manage the personal information used for the purposes of hiring. When applying for a job, many of the application fields will auto populate using the information entered into your candidate profile. All information that you would like an individual responsible for hiring to know about you should be included in MY Candidate Profile. Ensure all areas are as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

In the top center of the page, you can manage your CV and cover letter by deleting, updating, or attaching a file. Upload CV popup window will display if a CV or resume is not saved in your file. Click Browse to find a file to upload, then click Upload to upload the file. Click Cancel to skip this step.

The system will search your CV document for information not included in your profile. If new information is found, the Overwrite Profile popup window will be displayed. Choose Keep Current Profile to keep information as-is and have CV included. Click Overwrite Profile to include new information found in your CV document.

Click Add or Add Another buttons to include additional information in each section.

Click Save button to save any changes made to MY Candidate Profile.

Use the Saved Applications tab to view applications you have started and saved and continue with the application process. A list of applications you have begun but not yet submitted will display. Click on a job title to view the details of that job posting.

The Status field will show the status of your application as being Saved – Not Submitted. Once you apply, this position will move to your Job Applications list.

The Saved Applications Actions menu: • Apply to apply to the saved position

• Delete Job to remove the position from your saved jobs list
