Residents can log on to a unique, web-based portal and review announcements, track repair requests, and connect with building staff. Property managers can access an online portal of their own for streamlined record-keeping, communications, and more.

Anything is possible: We can monitor additional locations throughout the building, process and store deliveries, and even set customized access permissions for housekeepers and other frequent guests. Through a secure, audio-enabled camera intercom system, we’ll process deliveries and packages according to each resident’s preferences. Residents will be notified via phone or email whenever they receive a delivery; packages are stored in a discreet, custom-built closet in your lobby, where they are monitored remotely until they are picked up.

The Virtual Front Door is a 24-hour service that screens and receives all visitors to your building. When visitors arrive, they’ll communicate with our central monitoring station through an audio-enabled camera intercom. Our staff will then notify the resident, who can decide whether or not to receive them. All visits are approved or denied according to the resident’s instructions.

We’ll build a secure, web-based interface that enables each resident to log on and request services, or set customized reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events. The VirtualWay concierge can also be reached by phone or email, and will communicate with residents according to their personal preferences.

The Residential Portal is a web-based management system that streamlines communication between residents, building managers, and our central monitoring station.Through a secure online interface, managers can post announcements and view service updates, while tenants can place and track repair requests, review deliveries they’ve received, and update their communications preferences. Payment is easy thanks to secure, integrated credit card processing software. Virtual Way can also customize a Virtual Bulletin Board for your lobby that enables residents to view the latest news and announcements. A tasteful LCD screen can be customized with information about the weather, neighborhood news, and updates from the Residential Portal.
