What is My Vodafone?

My Vodafone is the quick and easy way to manage your accounts and services.

My Vodafone lets you:

• Check your minutes, TXTs or data balance.

• View and pay your bills.

• Manage multiple connections.

• View roaming rates.

• Keep an eye on your usage.

Plus lots more features and benefits.

Step 1Make sure that you have your account number and PIN, or mobile number handy, plus an active email address. If you add a mobile connection on its own it will be sent a TXT in the process.

Step 2Register for My Vodafone online at www.vodafone.co.nz/register or download the free My Vodafone app from the AppStore or Google Play.

You are now ready to log in and start using My Vodafone.

What does My Vodafone let you do?

Manage your accounts and connections To do this, simply click Manage Connections to add new new accounts or services, remove accounts and rename existing connections.

There are more Administrator features available on the My Vodafone web page. If you’re managing a large number of connections you will be redirected to the web page for a better experience.

How can I manage the connections I have access to?You can add someone else’s phone number so you can administer as if you’re them.

The phone number you add will be TXT a 5 digit code which is your security PIN you will be required to add.

Manage your billsWhen you log into My Vodafone, you’ll be taken to a report page that displays all of your connections. If you don’t see the connection that you’re looking for, simply use the search function.

The example below shows a business with employees that share one data plan. To look for a particular person’s usage, use the Search feature at the top of the page.

View usageTo view your usage, click on the menu icon top right, and select View detailed usage.

You can view unbilled usage from the current month, as well as from the last invoice or the one before.

What is a Primary Connection?When using My Vodafone, you might see listed a Primary Connection. This is the one that shows up first in the Account Summary page, and if you have multiple connections loaded into My Vodafone, it controls some self service and communication options.

Primary Connections

View your plan and add-ons This gives you an overview of the plan a connection you manage is on, its features, and any Add-Ons that have been bought.

If you have billing account access, click on the Buy Other Add-Ons option to view available Add-Ons.

How to change a Primary Connection in My Vodafone on the web1 Log in to My Vodafone.

2 In the summary page, click Manage Connections. Alternatively, you can click Profile on the top right, and then Manage Connections.

3 You should be in the My Connections tab. If not, click it.

4 You will find your current Primary Connection under the section Primary Connection. Click Switch next to Primary Connection to change it.

5 Click the Circle Button next to the connection you wish to make the new Primary Connection and click Save.

6 You have now successfully changed your Primary Connection.

You can add a Billing Account to My Vodafone to give you access to do tasks like paying the bill. You will need the Account Number and the Account PIN.

Please note: to make sure your own number is set as the Primary Connection, add your connection first.

Adding a billing account in My Vodafone on the web1 Log into My Vodafone, selecting Mobile.

2 Point your mouse cursor over Profile and select Manage Connections – the Manage Connections screen appears.

3 Click the Add a Connection tab.

4 In the I Want to Add... section, select On Account Mobile.

5 In the For the mobile you want to add, do you... section, select one of the following: • Pay the Bill: Lets you view and pay bills, check usage for all phones on your bill. • Just use the Phone: Don’t pay the bill – lets you check usage for your phone.

6 Enter your details and tick the I am Authorised to Access Information About this Connection checkbox. You will be asked to enter the Billing Account PIN. This helps keep your business’s billing information secure.

7 Click Add Connection.

8 You should now have access to view this Billing Account or Mobile in My Vodafone.

Account Summary screen appears.

2 Tap the in the top right – this will display the menu.

3 Tap Account Settings – the account settings screen will appear.

4 Tap Add Services, and then select the type of service you wish to add. To add a billing account, select the following: • Tap On Account Mobile

• Tap Pay the Bill

5 Fill in the Account Number and Account PIN.

6 Tap the I am authorised to access information about this connection box to confirm.

7 Tap the Add Connection button to complete adding the Billing Account.

Pay bill, view payment history and other payment optionsYou can easily Pay Your Bill, access other Payment Options and view your Payment History. This feature is available for individual billing accounts.

View bill (only available for the Primary Connection you have chosen)

If you are the Administrator of your company’s billing account, you can easily view your current and past mobile bills, and see your average monthly spend.

Change your e-bill settings (only available for the Primary Connection you have chosen)

If you are the Administrator of the company billing account you can easily manage your e-bill settings with just a few steps. You can find this under Profile in the top menu, and then select Billing Settings.

Please note: if you own a business and your Billing Administrator leaves please contact us to remove them. An Administrator will continue to have access rights until you ask us to remove them.

Manage your blacklist If you are receiving unwanted TXTs and PXTs you can easily block mobile numbers using Blacklist. Find this under Account Settings, under Blacklist.

How do I add my broadband account to My Vodafone?It’s a just a few simple steps.

1 Sign into My Vodafone on the web.

2 Click Profile.

3 Click Manage Connections.

4 Click Add a Connection.

5 Click Broadband.

Sorry this is not currently available for customers with ‘Ref: TCL’ on their bill.

6 Enter your Broadband Username and Broadband Password.

7 Select I am authorised to access information about this connection.

8 To finish, click Add Connection.

What/where is my username?Your username is what you use to connect to the internet.

This can also be found on your bill, under the section for your internet.
