• Parents and students can access and manage the Campus prepaid account via the Internet:

– Top-up the Campus account using your credit card, debit card, Paypal or other online banking facilities*

– Check Campus account balance

– Set spending limits on student’s cards

• Students, parents & faculty can order meals online

• Meals can be ordered up to 1 month in advance

• Payment is only settled on the day of delivery so there are no charges if the student is absent

• Items can be banned – great for students with allergies or health concerns

• Displays nutritional information (per serving) for online meals and snacks

Smart-POS

• Smart-POS is a powerful easy to use POSwith windows based application

• Peripheral hardware:– Smartcard reader– Cash draw– Printer and barcode reader– Wireless network connectivity is also available.

• Provides canteen and or school store managers with full reporting

• Smart-POS has an offline mode that can be used in times of network outages - this ensures 100% up time for your canteen sales

Campus Shopfront

• Bookstore, Uniform shop

• A MS Windows based point of sale (POS) system with inventory management

• Provides your school with a an easy to use tool for selling school uniforms, textbooks, sports equipment and other school supplies at school

• Payments can be settled via Campus Card, Credit Card or Cash

• Can run on any school PC or laptop and requires no additional equipment

Photocopy & Print Management

• Reduce the costs associated with excessive or unnecessary photocopying and printing

• Set quotas for the number of free prints or copies students and faculty are allowed

• Charge a fee to those people that exceed their quota

• Compatible with all major brands of copiers and network printers

RFID Lockers

• Highly durable all weather all purpose lockers equipped with RFID locks.

- Tough long lasting lockers remove the need for keys locks or combination locks

- Instead the lock is controlled by the student RFID contactless Campus card or wrist band.

- The RFID locks can be controlled by an administrator master card and an emergency opening device.

Access Control

• Campus Access Control is a tailored door access system that can be configured so:

- some employees can access the whole building

- while others are restricted to certain sections

• The computerised door access system can also be linked to our Time Attendance system to:

- calculate employee lateness

- overtime and other management reports.
