MyDHFL Access 24*7

MyDHFL is a online Customer portal, where our Home Loan customers can

view their Home Loan records online and download statements such as IT &

Provisional . This is very helpful facility which is being offered free of cost our

customers.

Here any registered user can download and take print of their statements such

as Account information, IT Statement etc, Repayment schedule, Provisional

Certificate etc, rate of Interest changes, PDC information, ECS Information etc.

How does this work?

We use the power of Internet. The Home Loan records will be accessed

through Internet. So you can sit at home and get all the Information with just

click of button.

What should Customer do to avail this facility? Is there any Cost?

It is absolutely Free, All customer needs is a valid Email id and that’s it.

Customer needs to follow the following steps

a. Login to access.dhfl.com

b. For New User, Customer should Register

c. To register, Customer should fill the valid true information about himself.

i.e

i. Customer full name

ii. Email id

iii. Date of birth

iv. Mobile Number

v. Address details

vi. Branch where loan is sanctioned

and other information as requested in the page.

d. After submitting the form, An email will be sent to the customer’s email id (

as specified in the registration form) about the Login details i.e Username

and Password will be mailed

e. Sometimes, Manual verification is done by DHFL customer care division to

authenticate the Customer. Upon successful verification, an email with

login details will be sent to customer’s email id

f. With these details customer can login at customerpoint.dhfl.com

What should Customer do in case of any issues?

All customer needs to do write an email to customercare@dhfl.com about their

issues and issue will resolved within 24 working hours.

What if I have two home loan accounts with DHFL?

No Problem. Just register with us once, Just fill the details, these details such as

Full Name , PAN Number, Mobile Number and Date of birth etc. Once approved,

once can have see all home loan records

So How to Use it?

Just follow these following steps

1) Logon to Internet through Internet Explorer and visit http://my.dhfl.com

Then the following window open.

2) If you are first time user, you should register first. Click the link circled in the red

color

3) Then Register page will open. And one should filling the details as requested in

the form and submits the information. Here some fields are mandatory such as

Name, Mobile Number, Data of birth, Email id which are compulsory to

register for this facilility.

4) After filling up, the request will be verified manually at the Customer Care( call

centre), if the details are all proper, an email will shot to the customer’s email id

(as given in the registration form) about successful registration and login

credentials are given to the user. If the Information is insufficient a call from

customer care will given to the customer for verification, a email will be shot to

customer with login credentials. If Information is not sufficient or it doesn’t

match with our records, the request will be rejected.

5) Upon successful verification. User should login with the login details.

6) Upon successful login, Account Information is displayed with links to various

information

8) Disbursement Details.

9) IT Certificates

These are Income Tax certification which can be downloaded from IT certificate

page

10) Repayment Schedule- Here the Repayment schedule for the Home Loan can be

downloaded.

11) Change Password

To change password page, this page is dedicated for password change.

Upon successful change in password, the user is automatically logged out.

12) Forgot Password: This link in red box is used incase the user has forgotton his

password.
