Before a mobile user can begin using the application, the myGPcloud Primary User must grant KPI Access.◦ Browse to http://www.mygpcloud.com

1. Log into the site as the Primary Usera. Primary User has access to additional functionality

under “Account Management”b. Click on the View/Disable Users linkc. Click the “Mobile Access” button for a mobile userd. Click “Save” when you are all done to enforce the

security change

myGPcloud must already be installed on the mobile device for this step to be available

Any user that wants to access myGPcloud using a mobile device must first register their myGPcloud user name with the specific device. ◦ This process must only be completed once per combination of user and device.

Run myGPcloud on the mobile device by clicking on the Application or Start Menu Icons:

Enter your myGPcloud user name and password into the correct fields

If you have not registered on the current device, you will be taken to the code verification page

Click “Send Code” Enter the verification code Click “Verify Code”

KPI List Page

Users with rights to all KPI’s will see the following appear.

Users with limited access may only see certain KPI’s.

Each user may see all or as few as one KPI.

Cash Balances

Users will see all cash accounts set up as checkbooks within Dynamics GP

Negative cash amounts will be shown in red.

Cash Receipts

All cash receipts posted in Dynamics GP Cash Receipts module will be listed for the last seven days.

Users can scroll through each receipt

Payments Due

Users can view payables due in the next 7days.

Amounts “Past Due” will also be shown.

Combined Sales

Combined Sales shows the sales for :

Today Month Year to Date

Sales must be posted in Dynamics GP to appear.

New Orders

Users can view new orders posted during the last 7 days.

Users can scroll through each new order.
