It appears we have done it again. We’ve blown up social media with commentary, photos, likes and shares on our most recent Avery-Hess Awards Banquet. This is not only a fine tribute to the extraordinary camaraderie we share and the extraordinary success we are thankful for but also for Laughter, because “Laughter connects you with people”. I find it very gratifying to know we are a company that not only works hard but has fun along the way. The diversity of our people who respect and share openly, laugh and commiserate alongside one another, support each other towards the attainment of a common company goal is a very powerful culture indeed. I hope everyone in attendance left feeling they were part of a special group and I thank you for sharing what a positive effect this can have on personal career growth.

MARKETING MINUTE WISE AGENT’S NEW DASHBOARD SYSTEM GOES LIVE RIGHT AS AVERY-HESS PARTNERSHIP BEGINS!

Loaded with detailed reports, the dashboard will provide an at-a-glance view of various aspects of your business and will help take the guesswork out of what is working for you and where you can improve.

You can now easily access the dashboard reports from any page within Wise Agent. You will notice a dashboard icon to the left of your profile picture on the top navigation bar – just click the dashboard icon to see the available reports. Some of the current reports that are live for the first release include:

• Activity Reports: You will find Call List reports, Day Planner reports, Task List reports, Transaction reports, and Marketing reports all included under Activity Reports.

• Email Reports: Total Monthly Email report and the Black List Email reports• Lead Reports: Allows you to see reports of leads by source and leads assigned to the team report• Team Reports: Call list by team, planner by team, tasks by team member, and leads by team reports

are all available under the team tab on the dashboard

Spotlight On: Georgie Canyon - Lake Ridge

Georgie Canyon is one of the shining stars of Property Management. Her drive, determination and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our organization. Last year alone, Georgie brought on 14 new properties to PM. This year she is on track to exceeding that goal as she already closed 7 new properties into AH Management.

With 13 years of experience as a Property Manager, she has worked with some top-tier brokerages, allowing her to gain the education and experience that she uses today. Perhaps one of Georgie’s biggest assets is her ability to take on and advise owners that are in tough situations with tenants. Her confidence and fearlessness puts her clients at ease. She is able to problem solve and remedy situations that seem hopeless to most.
