Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Assertive Community Treatment provides intensive, community-based clinical case management services to adult consumers with the most serious and persis-tent forms of psychiatric disorders, and psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Case Management Clinical case management provides services to adult con-sumers with severe and persistent mental illness. Case

managers make home visits and provide con-sumers with community contacts that can assist them with medication monitoring, education on mental illness, vocational and recreational activity development, and more.

Housing Program (Jackson-Hillsdale and Oakland)Housing Program assistance is provided to consumers who meet specific criteria, with emphasis on those who are either homeless or at imminent risk of becoming home-less. Services include outreach services, housing search, counseling and acquisition, community-based trainingand tenant-landlord mediation.

TTI ServicesTTI is a private, not-for-profit agency that has been providing specialty behavioral health services and training in Michigan since 1987. We provide a wide range of community-based services and supports to adults withpsychiatric disorders and to those with both co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. We also pro-vide services to children and adults with developmen-tal disabilities and children with emotional impairments. (For access information, see back cover.) We provide quality recovery-focused services basedon an individual's plan of service. All programs are based on each consumer's person-centered planning process and incorporate trauma-informed care, co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment, and inte-grated healthcare. Our programs include the following:

Clubhouse (Oakland and Saginaw)Clubhouse is a psychosocial rehabilitation program avail-able to consumers with severe mental illness. Club-house provides consumers with an ongoing support network of staff, other mem-bers and the community. The program includes a work-ordered day, pre-vocational training, support-ed employment and edu-cation, advocacy, peer support and community involvement.

Supports Coordination (Genesee and Macomb)This service is provided to consumers with develop-mental disabilities, as well as to consumers with mental illness who may require an array of services to maintain progress. Consumers are assisted in utilizing community resources and natural supports (family, friends, etc.).

Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)This program provides assistance in obtaining or retaining permanent housing for very low income veteran families in the TTI service areas. Services include outreach, assistance with securing benefits and temporary financial aid. Services will also help rapidly re-house or prevent homelessness among these same families.

TTI Counseling ServicesLocated in the Troy Office, TTI Counseling Services offers such services as outpatient therapy and educational courses to the adult population. Our outpatient therapy is provided by experienced licensed, master's-level clini-cians who specialize in working with persons with mental health and substance use issues, the veteran population and persons who have experienced traumatic events.

Other services provided by TTI include Dialectical Behav-ior Therapy (DBT), symptom management, young adults program, supported employment, psychiatric and other medication services, nursing services and more. Many services are site- or county-specific.
