Good writing and communications skills are important for success in the workplace

Technology is increasing in the workpalce Written communication is used for various

things. (Guffery & Lowry, 2011).

Effective communication means being accurate with the wording and the information that is included.

Within that employees need to ensure that they are also making ethical decisions within the organization.
