What is N2C?

Make Smart Decisions – Live Your Dreams

N2C addresses its target market – Australian teens, in strategically arranged presentations at High Schools & Sports Groups throughout Australia.

Paul Stanley has been through the horrendous experience of turning off the life support system for his 15 year old son Matthew after he was bashed to death at a teenager’s party in 2006.

Matt Speakman is a paraplegic who was knocked off his motorcycle by a drunk driver, an accident where his girlfriend passenger was also tragically killed.

These two extraordinary presenters stun the teenage guests by reliving the events which lead to the murder of Matthew and Matt’s successful sporting career coming to an abrupt end.

Warren Luff then explains how his very different journey has lead to him living his dreams by making smart decisions at crucial times in his teenage life. He then encourages the teens to follow his example, set goals, aim high, stay safe and live their dreams too.

Community Benefits

Prevention, not recovery

When a person is injured or even killed, apart from the obvious personal losses and heartbreak, there is a huge negative economic impact to society.

• Cost to the health system

• Costs to insurance companies

• Costs to family of the victim

• Costs to the employers of the victim

• Costs to the welfare system

• Loss of a tax paying contributor to the community

Page 9: N2C Impact doc 2015 final 18pg

Corporate Benefits

Positive brand association

The program is a national program, with representation across the country in all states;

• It concerns subject matters that are highly relevant to most corporate brands and their customer/workforce communities – through their obvious concerns for the welfare of their teenage children.

• It is a highly relevant social agenda (ie. road safety and youth violence) with no negative brand consequences.

• There is a strong and very broad community recognition of these issues in our society – it is wide ranging with broad appeal and recognition – increasing the marketability of its association.

• Opportunity for promotion of association with No Second Chance.

PSDS Young Driver Program

After each N2C presentation, the students are given a promo card directing them to the N2C website to complete a feedback form.

One student is chosen at random to attend the Porsche Sport Driving School.

N2C pays to fly the winner and a guardian from interstate to QLD to attend the PSDS at Mt Cotton Qld.

N2C created the ‘concept’ where we give a free day at Porsche Sport Driving School at Mt Cotton to one of the ‘kids’ who come to www.n2c.com.au to complete a feedback form after an N2C presentation.

Feedback“I wanted to write and express my gratitude for the experience you provided to the boys (at the Clipsal 500) today. Many of the boys involved today find school to be a challenging environment and many have never experienced anything like what you offered them let alone going to the Clipsal. Some of them in particular got an amazing amount out of it and they all enjoyed it immensely. The friendliness of your staff, crew & drivers is a testament to your companies values & ethos. The school was extremely grateful for the opportunity to offer this experience to the students on behalf of your organisation”Paul Glovitch, Head of Design & Technology - Scotch College, Adelaide
