Nachiketa TapovanA Non-Profitable Spiritually Oriented Service Organization, Nachiketa Tapovan, formed in 1999, is the fruit of an inner calling of Pujya

Swami Nachiketananda Puri.

Our core activities are :♣ Free basic education (Vidya Mandir), for needy children from weaker sections of our society. ♣ Around 262 children receive free S.S.C board, English medium education from Nursery to class X along with yoga, pranayam, crafts, and culture lessons. ♣ They are provided with free meals twice a week sponsored by Donors to the "Annadanam" scheme.♣ Rural Development comprising of free health care services and free education and vocational training in one of the most backward rural regions, Mehaboobnagar Dist. of Telangana State in India. Presently we have nearly 127 children from L.K.G. to 3rd grade obtaining free education.

Vidya Mandir - Our complete school More than 262 children from weaker sections of society of Hyderabad and 127 from Mahaboobnagar Dist., receive light in the form our completely free education.

We need your help in the form of generous donations for:

• Sponsoring a child [8000/yr], Mid day meals [Rs 5800/day], Morning snacks [Rs 1200/day],

• To encourage extra curricular activities 6000-, Salaries for teacher [8000/month], Medical supplies [5000/month], Field trips [approx 5000/trip, it varies depending on the distance and type of trip]

• Sponsor a child corpus: Minimum of Rs 1 lakh (With the interest , one childs education cost will be met every year)

• Mid day meal Corpus: Minimum of Rs 60,000 (With the interest , each year one day,meals will be served to the children)

• Morning snack corpus: Min. Of Rs 12,000 (With the interest , each year one day, morning milk/fruits will be served to the children)

• Goshala corpus: Fodder & Maintenance of cows Rs 1,00,000 per year

• Nachiketanjali corpus: To sustain publication of our monthly magazine.
