Junior High and Senior High are receiving Blue Ribbons and from the list of ALL the Blue ribbons for the

State, the TOP 3 STUDENTS, receive: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. The rest of the Blue Ribbons are just "special

mention".

Also, the schools receive TRAVELING TROPHIES if they have high number of POINTS. For each

PLACE (Prize) that school receives points, (1st place gets 5 points, 2nd place gets 3 points & 3rd gets 1

point) and the school with the highest number of points gets: 1st place TRAVELING TROPHY, the

next number of points gets 2nd place and the 3rd one gets 3rd place. This Trophy goes (Travels) each Year

to the school that gets that place (1st, 2nd or 3rd).

Last year we had 3rd place Traveling Trophy in Bible & 1st place Traveling Trophy in Art.

This year we received again: 3rd place Traveling Trophy in Bible & 1st place Traveling Trophy in Art

(so we kept the Trophy, and it did not "travel" to another school.) We also received 3rd place Traveling

Trophy in Academics this year! First time when we receive a Traveling Trophy in Academics!

Clip, clip! Al valurilor sunet sfios

m-a găsit la trezire pe malul nisipului ud.

O izbitoare lumină strălucea glorios

Pe mările-albastre întinzându-se mult către sud.

M-am întors şi-am văzut un oraş, ce frumnos

Strălucea la unirea de mii curcubee, foc viu

Cu drumuri de-argint şi cu case de aur

Încrustate-n pereţi de iaspis cu porţi de mărgean coliliu

Miresme m-au uns când intrai pe-ale-oraşului porţi

Uleiuri, parfumuri şi florile verii fierbinţi

Copii chioteau împrejur bucuroşi alergând

Îmbrăcaţi în albe, uimitoare veşminte, asemenea unor prinţi

Dar oare în care loc am ajuns? În ce paradis

Cu mult mai frumos ca şi ceru-nstelat

Cu mult mai lucios decât zorii

Ce stau să se verse în răsăritul curat?

Trandafiri ca rubine străluceau pe sub rouă

În drumul de smarald pe care-am decis să păşesc

Urechea s-a-ntors înspre cântul slăvit care

M-a condus înspre centru-i lipsit de tot ce-i firesc

Oraşul creştea pe măsură ce spre centru mergeam

M-am uitat cu uimire la templul măreţ

Inimă de marmură caldă sub glorii şuvoi

Cetatea era permeată de nefirească lumină

Ce inspira închinare în loc să orbească

Miriade de îngeri îşi uneau vocea în laudă

Într-o armonie ce-ntrecea înţelegerea noastră

În nespusă mirare Îl văzui pe al meu minunat Creator

Gloria şi Puterea-i radiind împrejur. Cu uimire

Am căzut la pământ în închinare cu teamă

Pe buzele mele curgând laude fără oprire

Mi-a ridicat faţa cu mâinile sale atât de gingaşe

M-a privit în ochi cu ai Săi de înţelegere plini

Ce dragoste strălucea în privire şi-n a Sa bunătate!

Lacrimi pe faţă s-au pornit, imensă bucurie-n lumini.

„O, preaiubitul meu credincios,” El mi-a zis

„Vezi ce-am gătit special pentru tine?

Aceasta e casa ta pe vecie. Aici vei locui

Fără să mai ai vreodată plâns, însetare, suspine.”

„Doamne – am strigat – Te iubesc aşa mult”

„Ştiu” – mi-a răspuns, şi de mâini m-a luat

Mi-a şters orice lacrimi ţinându-mă-n braţele-I iubitoare

Şi-n odihna lui pură, cerească, veşnicia mi-a dat.
