Organizations will only be allowed one fundraising event within on calendar year. A letter from your organization’s President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the organization is required. The letter must be on the organization’s letterhead and include the organizations not-for-profit ID number. This letter needs to be attached to the Fundraising Request Application.

Political organizations are not eligible for donations out of respect for the wide variety of beliefs of our customers. While we would like to be able to meet every request, we are limited to the number of charity organizations we can run in one month. Customers participating in the Pay-It-Forward program are not eligible to receive Reward Points.

10% Of Every Wash Will Be Donated To Your Organization

When your supporters visit Ecowash Auto Spa, they will simply show our cashier your “Pay it Forward” card with your assigned code prior to any purchases made. 10% of every purchase (excluding store merchandise) made by your supporters goes directly to your selected organisation. Ecowash Auto Spa automatically records and complies these washes and services at the end of each month. Ecowash Auto Spa will then mail out all donations to the selected Organizations so they may receive their proceeds from the prior month!

It’s that simple!

No inventory, no setup, no up front cost. Your supporters will receive a true value for their contribution as our staff will be offering a quality service.

Additional Donations:Every time a code is used, the customer will also be asked if they would like to make an additional donation to your organization. This is done in the same cash or credit card transaction as the wash or any other service they may be having done. Your organization receives 100% of the additional amount.

How we help you Promote:Ecowash Auto Spa marketing kits are available to help your organization promote the program. The kit includes flyers, email template and decals (Kits are subject to change and availability) your organization will also be featured on our website.

The great thing is that almost everyone needs a car wash or oil change sooner or later, so lets get started!
