Behavioural questions

b) Attitudinal questions

To find out what peoples opinions and beliefs. The attitudinal questions can be estimate by using 5 scales.Verbal rating scales. This is the simplest scales to let the respondents choose a word or phrase on a scale to indicate the level of their feeling.Numerical rating scales. This is a numbers rating.Adjectives rating scales. There are the words to describe a product, service or brands. The adjectives could be both positive and negative.Positioning rating scales. This is a scale to let the respondents to respond some question by agree or disagree.Ranking rating scales. This is a scale to measure the respondents react to the order of importance.c) Classification questions

The purpose is to classify the information which had been collected.
