PERFORMANCE MILESTONES
As Senior Vice President, Field Development at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, I had primary
responsibility for national development of a new chapter structure to increase revenue and improve efficiencies. Provided the strategic direction for a comprehensive roll out of a streamlined, cost effective management structure that will revolutionize the non-profit arena and will result in double
digit percentage revenue growth year over year. Developed a staffing model to produce deeper and wider volunteer engagement.
As President, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, conceptualized, developed and launched a mission and revenue plan resulting in a 75% increase in revenues and coast to coast local patient education and access programs. Sparked enormous growth in the charity during one of the
most challenging economic periods in the sector history.
As Executive Director, American Diabetes Association, developed strategic plan to guide the
organization to be one of the most comprehensive and robust in the southeast. Championing the mission, developed high level corporate relationships with a keen eye toward revenue growth and corporate loyalty, led strategic volunteer and staff development, grew income and revenue lines to
pacesetter levels.
