The all-new NannoLight MP50 offers several new innovative andadvanced technology enhancements. The NannoLight MP50 powerfuland expandable technology platform is capable of powering multipleindication handpiece sets. The MP50 system provides 60% more powerwith true clinical fluence up to 50 J/cm2. The available high powerenables you to safely and effectively perform an extensive range of FDAcleared aesthetic procedures. The new HP5 handpiece set alsodelivers a proprietary full-spectrum of FNIR™ (750 - 1400 nm)wavelengths in addition to the precise spectral bands provided by thefive included cut-off filters.

The proprietary FNIR wavelengths are optimal for skin rejuvenationtreatments due to their ability to precisely stimulate fibroblaststhroughout the entire depth of the dermis. Each wavelength deliverslight to a different region of the dermis. The 1064 nm wavelength, forexample, has the deepest penetration, traveling all the way through thereticular dermis. The 1320 nm wavelength, on the other hand, deliverslight to a uniform layer just beneath the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ).Thermal injury at the DEJ results in increased rete peg formation, whichplays a critical role in tissue repair and maintaining the structural integrityof the skin. Multiple studies have shown significant laser-inducedneocollagenesis in skin treated with these FNIR wavelengths. Thethermal injury resulting from light absorption by the primary skinchromophores (blood, melanin and water) triggers damage to the bloodvessels throughout the dermis and a cascade of events leading to thestimulation of fibroblasts responsible for dermal collagen remodeling,skin tightening and the clinical improvement of rhytides.

NannoLight MP50’s new digital technology also provides sustainablelong pulse trains and variable multi-pulse capabilities to enable you totreat a variety of indications and difficult skin types. The NannoLightMP50 includes the HP5 “five-in-one” handpiece. This high-poweredhandpiece set has five “quick-attach” cut-off filters, ranging from 530 nmto 690 nm, to provide the equivalent versatility of five handpieces in one.In addition, the HP5 handpiece includes the proprietary FNIRwavelengths.

LAH Handpiece A dedicated 640 nm large area handpiece thatincludes the FNIR wavelengths and covers more surface area to deliverfaster permanent hair reduction on legs and backs. The LAH handpieceprovides clinical energy fluences up to 33 J/cm2 with a 480 square mmspot size.

UVH Handpiece The UVH handpiece provides a carefully selectedultraviolet spectrum (290 – 370 nm) for the treatment of leukoderma/vitiligo,psoriasis, and both atopic and seborrheaic dermatitis.

SRH Handpiece Provides a proprietary full spectrum near infraredwavelength range (750- 1400 nm) to delicately rejuvenate and stimulateall dermal layers for optimal collagen remodeling, cellular rejuvenation,skin tightening and firming.
