3. Extended Filter Life
When tested with NaCl particles
(similar to soot), filter media coated
with MAF NanoTec technology
offers a four-fold increase in filter
life. This increases cost efficiency
as the need to constantly replace
filters is reduced.

MAF NanoTec filter has strong and
durable nanofibers that increases
pulse lifetime. This means that the
filters can endure more cycles of
washing as compared to traditional
synthetic media.
5. Cleanable Nanofibers
MAF NanoTec Filter media is
specifically designed to meet the
stringent pulse cleaning
requirement of OEM applications.
Unlike common synthetic media,
MAF nanotec coating exhibits
increased media adhesion and
more durable nanofibers. This
translates to prolonged filter life and
increased reliability of operation.
The MAF Canister and Conical NanoTec is ideal for severe operating conditions,
including operations in dry and warm climates , climate with large amounts of rainfall
and humidity, cold and arctic climates and even complex climates that includes a
variety of other factors, natural or man-made.
It is used for standby and continuous duty gas turbines in offshore, coastal and ma-
rine locations. It is best suited in static and pulse clean air filter systems.
The use of MAF NanoTec synthetic media provides a lower pressure drop resulting in
lower energy consumption for air handling equipment.

Our NanoTec filter has a thick
Nanofiber coating that is able to
withstand the high pressure during
pulse jet cleaning without
breaking. In addition, the coating
will keep the dust at the surface
and make pulse cleaning more
effective compared to a filter
without such treatment.
2. Improved Efficiency
The MAF NanoTec filter media
offer significantly improved
fractional efficiency over traditional
synthetic media when tested
against AC fine test dust. This
drastically improves the
effectiveness of the filter against
dust penetration.
