Lemon Bars Crust Ingredients 2 c. flour ¾ c. powdered sugar 1 c. butter Lemon Curd Ingredients 2 large lemons 1¾ c. sugar 1 Tbsp butter, melted 4 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions Preheat oven to 350° Sift flour and sugar. Add melted butter and work with hand to form dough. Press into a 9”x13” pan. Bake 15min. Grate zest from lemons and squeeze juice. Whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, juice, and zest. Add vanilla and pour lemon mixture over shortbread. Bake 20 min. Let cool. Dust cooled lemon bars with powdered sugar for look. Cut into squares or triangles, top with blueberries or strawberry halves. Enjoy !
