W ith Phase II reservations now being accepted, and seventy-five percent of the Phase I residences sold, The Ronto Group unveiled nine floor plans ranging from 1,200 to over 3,600 square feet priced from the $600’s available in the Phase II offering at Naples Square, a community being de- veloped at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Phase II’s open floor plans will offer open-air terraces, 10’ ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms, and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access under-building parking is included. Ronto is introducing two new Phase II plans. The Gibson plan includes a walk-out to the street and an oversized two-car garage. A 227 square feet outdoor terrace is included and can be accessed from the great room, the owner’s suite, and one of the guest bed-rooms. The Gibson floor plan is base-priced at $1,195,000.
