Each Project Report must be completed in one sitting. Information does not save, to come back to it later.

Step 1: Select your college from drop-down menu.

Step Two: Select your project from a drop-down menu.

Report will default to current reporting period.

Quarter cannot be changed.

To change your College or Project, you must select the “Change College/Project” Link.

All project reports first ask reporter to describe expenditures made during the quarter. The Activities that follow come from Major Activities listed within work plan in NOVA, and only display for participating colleges.

• List supplies and equipment purchased this quarter;

• For payroll, identify position title and chief duties conducted related to project;

• For services, provide brief description

• For each Activity, click appropriate button, then provide narrative:Not Started – provide approximate start date.In Progress – provide narrative that speaks to efforts conducted during quarter.Completed – provide narrative for the quarter in which activity was completed; on future reports note

“completed in Q2” (for example) since report requires all fields to be completed.

The submit button will not

be clickable until all fields

have been completed

System will let you know your report has been successfully submitted. You will also receive an email confirmation.
