Senate Energy and NaturalResources Committee SeeksClarification on LNGSenators Wyden and Murkowskiformally submitted a letter to EnergySecretary Moniz requestingclarification on the circumstancesunder which the U.S. Department ofEnergy (DOE) has, or would, revokeapproved permits for liquefiednatural gas (LNG) exports. A Ranking of the Most Solar-Friendly States in the CountryThe Environment America Researchand Policy Center has released anew report that highlights the top 12solar states in the United States.These 12 states represent 85% ofthe nation's installed solar electricitycapacity, but only 28% of thepopulation. The 12 states areArizona, California, Colorado,

Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey,New Mexico, North Carolina, and Vermont.
