Our Buildings Consist Of...

We use only #1 primary, American made metal.

Note:• All lumber is #2 Grade Southern Yellow Pine and/or Douglas Fir (truss bracing may be #3 grade).

Lumber that has ground contact is fully treated. Treated lumber has a lifetime manufacturer’s limited warranty. Lumber can be upgraded for additional cost, or modified to meet local building restrictions.

Customer must have a level building site prior to delivery of materials. (No more than 10” from level). Customer must have electricity or generator at the building site. Review our “Terms & Conditions” for possible additional charges due to difficult digging conditions.

Customer is responsible for obtaining a building permit, if applicable, and notifying us of any building restrictions that vary from our standard construction methods. Blue prints are available for submittal. Engineered drawings are available at additional cost.

Customer can have a concrete slab poured inside thebuilding once the construction is completed. The 2” x 6” treated bottom plate can be used as a form. In some locationsNational Barn can provide the finished concrete slab. Concrete slabs can be poured prior to construction, but require a footing and anchor bolts embedded in the concrete. A layout for the bolt locations can be provided.

Payment for building may be made by cashier’s check, money order or any major credit card. Half of the contract amount is due upon delivery of the materials. The balance is due upon completion of the building. Complete payment for a material kit is due upon delivery (a 10% down payment may be required).
