The Boxing Award scheme is open toeveryone from the age of fi ve years.

Each Award is taught by an ABA Qualifi ed Boxing Coach or Tutor(Non Contact).

You will be taught the skills of amateur boxing, history and rulesof the sport, plus the importanceof a healthy lifestyle.
