Work closely and respectfully with the Chinese team to help interpret their design to meet US standards and codes.
Work diligently with Federal and DC Agencies to facilitate a smooth approval process: USDA, USNA , CFA, NCPC, DC HPO (106/historic), DCOP, DDOE.
Provide seamless integration of the project within the USNA approved Master Plan: pedestrian and vehicular access, parking, tram access, interpretive signage, perimeter plantings and setting
Provide constant English-Chinese and Chinese-English skills for smooth communication in all meetings technical documents, and correspondence.
Provide technical support from drawings through compliance inspections.
