• Prepare plan for establishment of the national technology brokers

programme;

• Prepare working manual, working procedures and guidelines for quality

assurance for technology brokers operation;

• Select and provide training for up to 20 technology brokers (from 10 non

private institutions, 2 nominations from each);

• Design the national programme for support to SMEs in order to introduce

innovations and technology transfer through technology brokers;

• Promote technology brokers as a new direct support mechanism on ISN

web portal and through other identified communication channels
