Practice Weather permitting; practice targets will be available on the tournament field from 5.00pm on Tuesday. Please do not enter the field of play to erect tents before 4.00pm on Tuesday. Registration Registration from 8.00am on Wednesday. Please ensure you have your membership card available for inspection. Event Timings Assembly at 8.45am, with sighters at 9.00am on all 3 days. Event Format Wednesday and Thursday – Double York for gentlemen and Double Hereford for Ladies. Friday – Long National round for all archers. Awards for this round will be decided on the GNAM handicap system. Presentation Will take place immediately after Lunch on Friday. Archers are requested to observe the dress regulations during the ceremony. After the presentation and photos all trophies must be returned to the organisers. Trophies can be viewed in the showcase at Lilleshall Hall reception. Dress Please refer to the Archery GB Rules of Shooting for the dress regulations. Handicaps Calculated up to the day before the meeting. Alterations to handicaps from those given on the entry form must be notified to the Tournament Secretary on the first day. Scoresheets On days one and two, signed score sheets should be left on the line at the end of each distance. Best Golds and Worst White at the end of the second day will be recorded by the Judges. Drug Testing Archers competing at record status tournaments may be liable for drugs testing. Competitors who are approached to give samples must comply. Noncompliance will be treated as a positive result. Parents / Guardians must sign the relevant box on the entry forms giving consent for junior archers (Under 18’s) to be drug tested if approached. Lost Arrows Lost arrows must be reported to a judge or member of the field party. (Please remember to inform them if you later find the arrow). It is the archers’ responsibility to account for all arrows before leaving the field. Photography In line with the recommendation in the Archery GB Safeguarding Policy, those who wish to take photographs or video at this event are to register with the Tournament Secretary on arrival. Unauthorised photography is not permitted. Refreshments Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be available during the breaks from the organiser’s tent. Camping Tent and caravan pitches are available in the bottom field. Caravans to park in the middle of the field, tents along the left parallel to the fence. Shower facilities are available in the new hockey changing rooms, or in Queens Hall. Please collect your permit at registration on Wednesday and display it prominently. Units not displaying a permit, may be approached for payment. Special Note Archers who are unable to get to the target should arrange for an assistant to aid in scoring and arrow collection. Smoking Designated smoking area – ten metres behind the tent line. Stoves and Burners Please do not put stoves, burners or hot water urns directly on the grass. Pets Pets are not permitted at the Lilleshall Sports and Conferencing Centre. Poor Weather In the event of protracted poor weather, to confirm that the ground is suitable for the event, please contact Lilleshall on 01952 603003. Car  Parking  Parking  is  limited  near  the  archery  field,  and  primarily  for  disabled  archers.  Archers  driving  on  a  daily  basis  should  follow  the  stewards  instructions.  Wenlock  Hall  car  park  is  recommended  for  those  wishing  to  transfer  equipment  by  trolley.
