5. To access contract information, click on the Team Georgia Marketplace™ icon to access the Login screen. This User Name and Password is generic and only provides access to contract information.

6. When the Login screen displays, use tgmguest as the User Name and the Password. This generic ID and Password allows access to contract information only.

You can also click on the Team Georgia Marketplace™ icon to access the same Login screen, but enter your personal Window Shopper User Name and Password. This allows you to access the Statewide Contract Index as well as to shop for items available from the Statewide Contracts.

If you are a Window Shopper user, you can access the Statewide Contract Index by entering your personal User Name and the Password once the Login screen displays. Then, click on the Contracts tab.

How to use this contractState Purchasing Division – Statewide Contracts
• Existing natural gas customers on the SWC do NOT need to take any action!
• New state/local government customers should contact Mr. Brent Phelts to provide:Name of Agency and Facility Location(s)Agency POC-name, phone number and emailList of existing accounts and Atlanta Gas Light
account numbers (ten-digit number on invoices)Billing Address(s)(as shown on invoice/bill or
preferred billing address)• Optionally-scan and email current gas bills to
Mr. Phelts. Be sure to contact him personally with your requests.

Question Answer
Why don’t existing customers have to do anything?
The new suppliers for pool groups have been notified of the new contracts. You should be getting notifications from them.
Do all state agencies/institutions have to use the statewide contracts for natural gas?
Yes, if you are on the Atlanta Gas Light Company distribution (see map, next slide).
Can cities/counties/school systems use the contract?
Yes, many are currently using the SWC. New customers should follow the same sign-up directions described above.
What part of my gas bill is affected by the SWC?
The SWC only affects the transportation component of your bill, not the commodity price.
Can I set up a fixed price contract? Yes, fixed price options are available per consultation with Mr. Phelts.
Can I make futures purchases on the SWC? Yes, upon consultation with Mr. Phelts.
