Initially they had beaten up the truck driver after which they tied him to a tree and escaped with the truck and the complete property. On this incident an F.I.R. was filed U/s 394,395 I.P.C. vide Cr.No. 156/15 at Nandgaon Khandeshwar P.S. of Amravati Rural District. Considering the gravity of this serious offence Supdt. Of Police, Amravati Rural constituted 3 teams from Local Crime Branch (L.C.B) and gave important instructions. L.C.B. team was clueless about the crime as there is no lead from the crime spot and the statement of the complainant. After a lots of rigorous efforts, team got clue that this stolen liquor bottles might be present somewhere around the district and could get distributed in Amravati area. Hence L.C.B. team started collecting information on persons who are involved in dealing with illicit liquor. One of the staff from L.C.B. team under the disguise of buyer started interacting with suspected persons such as 1) Gajanan Dike R/o Amravati, 2) Abdul Shahajad Abdul Shami R/o Amravati. A Police personnel who was under cover demanded samples from the above suspects under the pretext of taking decision on purchase by identifying the type and nature of liquor. Based on the batch number found on the sample bottle given by Abdul Shahajad it was established that this sample belongs to the aforementioned offence. When the suspect asked for payment for the liquor that is to be sold, the staff who is pretending

A Truck carrying country liquor worth 12 lakh was travelling towards Nagpur on Nagpur – Aurangabad national highway when it was blocked at Salod village (Tq. to be a buyer demanded the suspect to show the entire liquor stock before making the payment. Suspect took this staff to the spot where he had kept that truck along with the entire consignment. On verifying that truck and the entire stolen property, accused and stolen property was taken into custody. Accused confessed that the actual accused involved in the dacoity were from Nagpur. Based on this information L.C.B. team apprehended 1) Sonu Yusuf Pathan 2) Badal Sangramsingh Thakur 3) Akshay Purushottam Khadgi 4) Pawan Dinesh Belorkar 5) Gajanan Krushnarao Dike 6) Abdul Shahajad Abdul Sami 7) Vaibhav Omprakash Rathod 8) Shailesh Purushottam Rathod from Nagpur, Amravati and Yeotmal.

Under the guidance of Shri Lakhmi Gautam, Supdt. Of Police Amravatri Rural and Shri Raja Ramasamy, Addl. Supdt. Of Police (Incharge) Amravatri Rural, L.C.B. team comprising API Nilesh Suradkar, API Nagesh Chatarkar, PSI Chavan, HC Gnaneswar Sahare, Mulchand Bhambhurkar, Manohare, NPC Sunil Mahatme, Shakil Chavan, Gajanan Thakare, Nitin Shende, PC Praveen Ambadkar, Chetan Dube executed this operation and could recover the entire property which was robbed.

Two unidentified dead bodies were found under a small bridge

near devgaon, Tq.Dhamangaon Railway, Amravati. A truck with around 60 gunny bags of soyabean was also found at a distance of approximately 250 meters from the spot of dead bodies. From the injuries found on the body of deceased persons it was apparent that they were murdered. Dog Squad was called to the scene of crime but it did not yield any clue. Also no blood stains were found neither around the spot nor near the truck.On this incident an F.I.R. was filed U/s 302,201,396,392,120 (B) IPC vide Cr.No. 130/15 at Talegaon Dashasar PS of Amravati Rural District.

Supdt. Of Police Amravati Rural and Spl. I.G.P. Amravati Range visited the spot and gave important instructions to the L.C.B. team that was assigned to detect the case.Based on the mobile number found on the truck and its Call Details Record (CDR), it was established that the truck had a flat tyre and the deceased were searching for a jack to replace the tyre. L.C.B. team started to look out for the shop from which jack was borrowed by the deceased. Jack owner was identified to be from Usalgaon area which is around 1.5km from the crime spot and on enquiry stated that two persons came in a discoverer bike and took jack from him after paying him advance. On further investigation to trace this

On the night of 7.11.2015, unknown dacoits came to a house in the farmland area of Usalgaon village and also to a bungalow near Wagamata temple in Paratwada city with their faces masked and committed dacoity worth 2.90 lakh. Based on the statement of the complainants, offences were registered with Cr. No. 334/15 and 335/15 u/s 395 IPC at PS Paratwada (Amravati Rural).

Supt. of Police, Amravati Rural constituted 2 teams of police stations & 3 LCB teams gave directions and instructions guiding and monitoring them on the investigation progress. This case was challenging as most of the suspects were having their faces covered and did not leave any trace of material evidences. Suspected persons from the district based on previous history were also checked and were found to be not involved in the crime. Then many toll gates, dhaba & hotels were checked in the area surrounding the crime scene. Dog squad was called which also could not be of much help. Based on mobile tower dump data from the area, enquiries with dhaba persons who reported visit of some people to their eatery in the evening & analysis of Call Details Records (CDR), investigation team zeroed in few suspects from Buldhana district (which is around 150km from the crime spot). These suspects were taken into custody & on detailed interrogation, they confessed to committing dacoity in Paratwada. Accordingly, six accused namely 1) Dahiman Balaji Bhosle, 2) Rajendra Balaji Bhosle, 3) Kafur Balaji Bhosle, 4) Chuba Balaji Bhosle, 5) Sakaram Balaji Bhosle (all

R/o Loni Lavala, PS Sakharkheda of Buldhana District) and 6) Manja Santhosh Pawar (R/o Bhankheda, PS Chikli of Buldhana District) were arrested. During the test identification parade one of the accused was identified by the complainant.

Under the guidance of Shri Lakhmi Gautam, Supdt. Of Police Amravatri Rural and Shri Raja Ramasamy, Addl. Supdt. Of Police (Incharge) Amravatri Rural, L.C.B. team comprising API Nilesh Suradkar, API Nagesh Chatarkar, PSI Chavan, HC Gnaneswar Sahare, Mulchand Bhambhurkar, Manohare, NPC Sunil Mahatme, Shakil Chavan, Gajanan Thakare, Nitin Shende, Sachin Mishra, Amit Wankhade, PC Praveen Ambadkar, Chetan Dube, Ashwin Mankar, Sagar Bhatkar were exclusively tasked with the detection of this case and could arrest all the accused involved.
