ABOUT OUR COMPANY NAVALIS GROUP is well-known Contractor in the field of shipbuilding, ship-repair and the offshore constructions more than 21 years. Creation of the company "Navalis Group" began in 2000 on the base of the private enterprise PE "TECHNOSBYT" which is up today successfully and qualitatively works at the Shipyards in Europe. After acquiring of considerable experience and recognizing by foreign customers the excellent quality of the works the company continues successfully operates and develops in the international market of shipbuilding, ship repair and offshore constructions. Today more than 350 highly qualified specialists of almost all shipbuilding specialties work at the Navalis Group.

Our specialists perform a wide range of different types of works such as assembling and mounting of shipping units on a slipway and dry-dock, manufacture and installation of pipe-lines and ventilation systems, sandblasting and painting works, outfitting works of any complexity. Due to our reliable and long-term partnership we are able to increase the manpower to 600 workers. The welders of NAVALIS GROUP are certified by “Bureau Veritas”
NAVALIS GROUP have flexible forms of cooperation. We are ready to perform our Contracts in conditions of fixed piece-rates over a project, as well as on hourly payment base or per agreed price of unit weight. While we are performing any order for our Partners, we pay our attention for safety procedures, labor’s protection rights, fire safety and production sanitation.
All these works can be performed both into the workshops and at the open areas of the Yards. The specialists of our companies are currently working in Netherlands, Germany, France, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Spain and Estonia
HULL’S CONSTRUCTION
HULL’S CONSTRUCTION Our specialists perform all types of Hull assembling and welding works of steel and aluminum alloys: small details prefabrication, manufacturing of the flat panels, sections, blocks, prefabrication of Grand Blocks. Mounting and welding of Grand Blocks in a Hull on slipway or in a dry-dock. Manufacturing and mounting of cargo hatches.
SHIPREPAIR The professionals of NAVALIS GROUP perform a total spectrum of the ship repair works such as modernization and refurbishment of all the types of ships. Repair of the ship’s machineries and technical equipment, pipe-lines and ventilation’s systems, repair and assembling of the propeller – rudder system, docking and mechanical works. Manufacturing and assembling of cargo-hatch covers. Currently our specialists in ship-repair are working in Finland, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Netherlands and France.
OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTIONS We have good experience in fabrication of steel offshore constructions of any complexity and wide range of steel thickness under exacting quality requirements and strict NDT control.

BRIDGE CONSTRUCTIONS Our specialists participated in construction of bridge sections and elements for Hålogaland Bridge – Narvik, Norway, Gevlebrug for Gebr. Beentjes and Gemeente Amsterdam and Getingmidjan, Sweeden.

PIPELINE WORKS All our specialists in the NAVALIS GROUP pipe division have extensive experience and skills in the production and installation of various types of pipelines made of steel, copper, coppernickel, stainless steel and plastic. We can manufacture and install ballast systems, fuel systems, compressed air and CO2 systems, hydraulic and other ship systems. Pipe welders have "Lloyd's Register" and "Bureau Veritas" certificates.
OUTFITTING
The specialists of NAVALIS GROUP perform such outfitting works as: installation of steel outfitting, electro-fitting items, hull fitting, mounting of the deck’s machineries and equipment, manufacturing of the parts for mechanical-engineering; manufacture and installation of pipe-lines and ventilation systems. All works are performed according to the highest shipbuilding standards in a fixed time.
Expanding the range of services, NAVALIS GROUP performs some elements of decoration, equipment and covering of the accommodations as follows:
- Design and manufacturing of luxury ship furniture of various types and styles of fine wood (ash, beech, alder, oak, maple);
- Lining surfaces of the boards, ceilings and decks;
- Facing of elements by the expensive decorative materials;
- Exclusive decorative coatings of the decks;
- Cladding of walls and floors with marble;
