There were 8,592 Forms submitted with 5,749 responses or 66.9% in support of the proposed and 2,851 responses or 33.1% in opposition to the proposed.   Additionally, we had 3,287 calls submitted through the phone tree. We received 1,423 or 44% in-support and received 1,864 or 56% in opposition.
