Revised 10/8/13 Workstation Quick Tips Navigating Your Workstation It is important to familiarize yourself with you Workstation because as a Consultant you will interact with it frequently. The Workstation is where you manage your business. This Quick Tip will provide an overview of the Workstation. For more detailed information on specific features of the Workstation, look for the Quick Tips, located in the Workstation. The Workstation features are the same across all brands, so if you are a Grace Adele Consultant and/or Scentsy Consultant, the Workstation will navigate the same, only the colors and branding will be different. Let’s get started: 1. To log into your Workstation use the address: workstation.scentsy.au. Use your Consultant ID and the password you selected during the enrollment process to login. 2. On the homepage, in the upper, right corner, you will see the option to navigate to other websites. The ScentsyFamily.com link will take you to the Scentsy Family public website. The Scentsy Select link will take you to a website with discounts for products and services offered to Scentsy Family Consultants. The Training Center link will take you to the Training Center where all the training resources are located. The Forum link will take you to the Scentsy forum, a tool for communication and training between Consultants. The Pay Portal link will take you to the Pay Portal, which is where you manage your commission payments.

Navigating Your Workstation

It is important to familiarize yourself with you Workstation because as a Consultant you will interact

with it frequently. The Workstation is where you manage your business. This Quick Tip will provide an

overview of the Workstation. For more detailed information on specific features of the Workstation,

look for the Quick Tips, located in the Workstation. The Workstation features are the same across all

brands, so if you are a Grace Adele Consultant and/or Scentsy Consultant, the Workstation will navigate

the same, only the colors and branding will be different. Let’s get started:

1. To log into your Workstation use the address: workstation.scentsy.au. Use your Consultant ID

and the password you selected during the enrollment process to login.

2. On the homepage, in the upper, right corner, you will see the option to navigate to other

websites.

The ScentsyFamily.com link will take you to the Scentsy Family public website.

The Scentsy Select link will take you to a website with discounts for products and

services offered to Scentsy Family Consultants.

The Training Center link will take you to the Training Center where all the training

resources are located.

The Forum link will take you to the Scentsy forum, a tool for communication and

training between Consultants.

The Pay Portal link will take you to the Pay Portal, which is where you manage your

4. Throughout the Workstation, there are Quick Tips to walk you through specific Workstation

functions. Click on the links to access a Quick Tip.

5. The Home tab is the landing page for your Scentsy business. It provides personal and team

information, order history, incentive trackers and Breaking News.

6. From the Home tab, you will also be able to see the Shooting Star and Scentsational Start

trackers for your first 101 days as a Consultant.

7. You will also have quick access to Order information, links to start order entry from the Home

tab.

8. From the Home tab, you will also be able to view point totals for active Incentives.

9. Under the News tab you will find the most recent updates in policies, backorder alerts, event

and product announcements, and much more.

10. The Account tab lets you view and edit your profile, including your address and preferred

language. It is important to keep this information up to date. You can also edit your security

settings, which includes your password and security questions.

11. You can also enroll in In-Region and Out-of-Region sponsoring from the Account tab.

12. From the Account tab, you will find links that will allow you to edit your Personal Website (PWS)

and manage your monthly subscriptions.

13. The Contacts tab is your customer database. Customers can be added to this list in several

ways: online PWS purchases, Workstation order entry screens, and manually added here in the

Contacts tab. You can do this by clicking Add New Contacts.

14. If you click on a contact’s name, you can also edit their information. This not only includes their

contact information, but their customer information and purchase information as well. This

helps you keep track of your customers so you can provide great customer service.

15. From the Orders tab you can place all customer orders by clicking on Scentsy Order. You can

also track your order status by click on this button.

16. By clicking Scentsy Order, you can enter a variety of order types. You can also plan your party

using Party Planner and show your upcoming parties on your PWS by clicking Yes. Click here to

access the Party Planner Quick Tip.

17. By clicking on Scentsy Family Store, you can also place orders for business materials, such as

catalogs, party décor, and advertising supplies.

18. You can use the Team tab to track your team’s progress with sales, sponsoring and both

personal and team financial trends. Explore and customize this tab to for your best use.

19. Use the Events tab to learn about and register for events, including the annual Scentsy Family

Reunion, training events, incentive trips, and more.

20. The Performance tab details your monthly sales, your personal commission history, and your

team performance.

21. You can also run reports from the Performance tab. Use the buttons on the left side of your

screen to run reports and access saved reports.

22. The Resources tab provides a range of information to help you manage your business. Check

here often for business building tools and ideas, advertising and party ideas, product images,

monthly promotions, policies and procedures, and more. Use the Search in the Resource Library

field to search for specific resources.

23. Use the links on the left side of the page to search specific topics. For more Workstation Quick

Tips, click the Workstation Quick Tips link.

24. The Communication tab allows you to compose and send emails to both your team and your

customers directly from your Workstation. You can also manage your newsletters to customers

from this tab.

25. The Support tab is the best way to initiate a support ticket with the Consultant Experience team.

The tab also allows for the tracking of your open and resolved support tickets with a record of

the updates provided by support. Click here to access the Support Ticket Quick Tip.
