1- Change Laptop TCP/IP to IP: 169.254.1.2 (S MASK 255.255.0.0). Note RBS default IP: 169.254.1.1
2- Open Command prompt and ping the NB default IP. If failed please recheck the ip setting.
3- To open EMAS, double click Internet Explore with default IP 169.254.1.1 http://169.254.1.1/em/index_stubbed.html 4- Click Configuration – O&M Access to load the XYZA_OAM_access.xml script.

5- Just follow the onscreen instruction, as below.
Make sure Use configuration file is ticked and select Configuration Automatic (No Wizard) is selected.

Make sure the result is successful.
Check the O&M Configuration summary.

The node b will re-start.
2nd Script (External Hardware) Change PC IP setting according to RBS IP pool (New IP). EX: Node B IP: 10.11.4.9 (Thin Client IP must set to 10.11.4.10) MASK : 255.255.255.248
• Upon successfully loaded the O&M script, go to software management – Configuration Version and right click to create CV. Name this CV as ONM (Your nick name).
• Open Element Manager (EMAS) with RBS new IP and run SITE EQUIPMENT xml file.

• Select Automatic (no wizard) • Click on BROWSE and select Site_equipment_config…..xml

TO CREATE A FINAL CV - Go to SOFTWARE
Right click on Configuration Version (CV) and select CREATE

Fill in the CV name and Comment. Click APPLY
Click on SET START

Right click on the highlighted CV (newly created) and select RELOAD Name this CV as Final_CV_Date
Select YES

Open Element Manager (EMAS) again to check Antenna status
All ASC and RET status must ENABLED and UNLOCKED.
