“The MSc in IT Service Management course has been the perfect gateway for me to enter a challenging and respectable position in a world class organisation like IBM. This was possible in spite of the current global climate. The sheer knowledge in Service Management gave me the edge over other candidates who were more experienced than me. All the modules covered in the course added value to me. The BCS events organised by Susan Bailey were very informative and any postgraduate student would welcome such initiatives. The IS department has played a supporting role ensuring the availability of appropriate literature as well as 24 hour access to facilities. The University as a whole has been a great experience.”

“My time at The University of Northampton was one of the most memorable years of my life and brought me many achievements. The University is a place where you will be treated for who you are and given the best advice about the right direction for you.

I came from a background in fashion and owned a business in Sri Lanka. My learning experience as a student on the MBA programme built on my prior experience as a professional business woman and I am now enjoying the results of it, running my own company in Sri Lanka. Decision making, the power of speaking using business language, exploring new

business ventures, gaining confidence in taking risks, turning failures into new beginnings and facing challenges confidently are some of the key skills I developed through the learning experience at Northampton. I value the time I spent at The University of Northampton and would like to thank the staff at the Business School and the International Office for contributing to my success.” Niroshani LeanageMBA
