Per Condominium Declarations:

“Each Unit Owner shall be obligated to maintain his or

her own Building, Unit and the Limited Common

Elements appurtenant thereto in good, clean order and

repair. This shall include the exterior walls of the

Building, the roof of the Building, any fire system

equipment associated with his or her respective
