Fuel Supply & Logistics NCS routinely supplies the full range of aviation and land petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) products in accordance with the local or specific specification required. These products include both

commercial and military specifications. We are also able to supply more specialised products and specifications, subject to availability.

We place great emphasis on ensuring that the products we are contracted to provide are “on-

spec.” We apply rigor and attention to detail throughout our entire process, including the

application of our quality control procedures, supplier vetting and product testing.

In order to move the products from source (ideally from a refinery) to end customer, we have a

team of highly experienced logistic experts to manage all the traditional and unconventional

logistics methodologies including air, sea, rail and truck movements. All logistical movements are

managed in accordance with our operating procedures, providing full visibility of supply chain

status to our customers.

Fuel Storage Construction & Management As part of any potential turn-key fuel supply chain solution, NCS is able to design, construct,

commission and operate fuel storage facilities such as Fuel Farms and Bulk Fuel Installations (BFI). Through our experienced team of fuel experts, we are able to draw on significant experience in the

design and construction of bulk fuel storage facilities in a wide variety of operating environments, from extreme cold to extreme heat and humidity. Working with local and international construction

partners, we are able to design, build and commission fuel storage facilities – both fixed and

mobile installations - in accordance with international standards such as API and ASTM.

We are also able to offer a management service for our customers’ bulk fuel sto rage facilities. In

addition, in emerging environments we are able to provide technical support to local BFI providers

to help develop and maintain world-class quality control standards.

Based on a network of supply partners, NCS sources requirement-based fuel equipment (such as

fuel pumps, meters, filters and tanks) for our own fuel construction projects as well as for our

customers and other partners.

Into-Plane & Ground Fuelling NCS provides full scale refuel and defuel of all types of rotary and fixed-wing aircrafts on apron in

accordance with recognised international standards, including ICAO and JIG for our military customers. With the ability to draw on the wider WFS aviation quality control policies and

processes, and being a JIG Associate Member through our parent company WFS, NCS is positioned to become a provider of commercial into-plane services anywhere in the world, subject to local

licensing requirements.

We also provide into-vehicle, into-generator and other ground refuelling services including all aspects of fuel dispensing and management. As part of a turn-key solution, we provide these

services wherever they may be required, including our customers’ operational sites.
