2. Recognizing that we can’t always create the ideal team, what processes can be developed to assist engineers on an Agile development team

3. The System of Systems mission level requirements analysis process has been identifying requirements that satisfy a mission and allocating those requirements to systems. The relationship between those allocated requirements and the application of new R&D products to meet those requirements is not robust.

4. How can the Navy work with Industry to improve the assessment of the compendium of R&D products* for application to system requirements, to increase success of the Technology Demonstration acquisition phase?
