1. Sitting on heels, stretch armsout to sides f palms up, and coordinateinhale with turning the head left,and raising the forearms perpendicularto the upper arms, and exhaling asthe head turns right and arms returnto parallel to the ground. Continuefor 3 minutes.
2. Alternate shoulder shrugs for 1minute .
3. Still on heels, stretch the armsstraight out in front and drop headback, eyes on ceiling, and hold withBreath of Fire for 3 minutes.
4. With hands in Venus Lock in back,press chin down into collar bone notch,as the arms are raised, back remainingstraight, with Breath of Fire for3 minutes.
5. In Easy Pose, inhale as head turnsleft, exhale right 26 times.
6. Legs stretched out in front, placehands behind the hips, fingers pointingback, torso inclined to 45°, headdropped back, eyes on ceiling, andhold with normal breathing for 5 min-utes. To end, inhale deeply andexhale with a sigh.
