In 2007, Michael Langston opened and successfully operated one of the largest Vacation Rental Companies on Lake Martin. In 2016, Michael and his team opened The Lake Martin Experience Brokerage Company and has consistently led the Dadeville/Atlanta side of Lake Martin in Real Estate listings and sales.

After many discussions with past clients, vacationers and members of our lake community, Michael and his team realized the need to re-open an full-service vacation rental company that offers much more than just a spot on a website. As a result, The Lake Martin Vacation Rental and Concierge Service will debut on September 4, 2017!

• We are not another faceless vacation rental company. We LIVE here! We have a dedicated, hands-on team specifically committed to making sure your rental property gets the complete attention it deserves. We ensure that all transactions are handled seamlessly and in the most professional manner.

• Our marketing team has long been rated one of the best on Lake Martin as well as in the Southeast. Our extensive marketing ensures more vacationers are directed to your rental.

• We use professional photographers to photograph your property so your vacation home is shown in its best light.

• We supply professional signage at your property with a personal brochure that markets your vacation rental.

• Our staff is bonded. We are fully covered by Error and Omission Insurance. All deposits and payments will be kept in a real estate escrow account that is sanctioned by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

• Our cleaning company will provide an extensive cleaning immediately after every guest check out. Plus, we do a personal and thorough quality control walk-through of your property prior to every check in.

• We assemble a photographic inventory of everything in your lake home to ensure that all things are in place, undamaged and in working order before we release deposits to your guests.

• We remit checks to the owners within 48 hours of all check outs.

• We provide every guest group with a Lake Martin Welcome Bag. This gift includes a Lake Martin map, brochures and menus from area merchants and businesses, cool facts about our lake along with fun things to do!

For Home OwnersIf you need a one-time deep cleaning, bi-monthly or weekly cleaning, our team is here to help! We also handle any additional special requests you may have, such as window cleaning, porch pressure washing, etc.

For Vacation Rental Property 

Let us take care of servicing your rental home. We provide in-depth cleaning along with property inspection after each rental. Using a photographic inventory, our quality control personnel will inspect your home for damages or missing items. This will give you peace of mind before releasing your guest’s rental deposit. We also pay attention if there are any needed repairs. If there are, our concierge service can arrange to make the repairs! This service offers you true comfort in knowing that your vacation rental is consistently ready for your next rental!

Service LevelsWe offer four levels of cleaning service; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Pricing is based on the service level requested and the number of rooms you want cleaned. If you have additional cleaning needs, we can perform those for you for an additional fee.

Hate cleaning? We love to clean and it shows! Let us do the dirty work and leave the cleaning of your Lake Martin home to us!

Whether you live in your Lake Martin home full or part time or have your vacation home on the rental market, we can make it shine.

• Our service personnel are fully licensed and bonded.

• We will send you a text message before and after we enter your property.

• You will be assigned one contact person for any changes or special requests.

• We supply all our cleaning products. If you or any member of your family or pets have allergies to any cleaning product, we can help by tailoring the products we use to your needs.

• When cleaning we will remove all the trash from your home.

• After we’ve cleaned your home, our professional billing service will supply you with a complete list of the services we performed at your property.

• If your property requires specialized services such as storm cleanup, HVAC services, lawn maintenance, plumbers, electricians, etc., our cleaning personnel can report that to you. Our concierge service can then arrange for the service to be performed for you, at your request.
