Welcome to the Neilson Cattle Company Bull Sale. We are happy that Mike is on the mend and Joanne is less stressed....what a great dedicated couple to be a part of the Charolais Breed!

This sale is one of the few Charolais bull sales in which one can select two year old virgin bulls. Polled bulls which will add pounds at weaning without sacrificing calving ease...lots of hair, style and most importantly, sound bred and conditioned to cover more cows. The quality of the Neilson bulls is backed by the most important factor...repeat customers!

We all know of the great calf market and those who had the foresight to use Charolais bulls, left sale barns with smiles even bigger than their cheques. Never before in history have Char-cross calves fetched that large of a net payout. For those who are not using

Charolais bulls...well...you still have time.

Welcome to our sale,

2015 is a special year for us. We are excited to offer this group of coming two year old Charolais bulls at our 25th Annual Bull Sale.

One of the life rules at our house is that we believe something good happens every day. This is how we deal with our cattle business and the people in our lives. We understand the importance of our relationship with our customers and suppliers. Many have become close friends over the years. Because of your support our cattle business keeps improving and remains exciting. When people leave our sale, I hope they can say “darn, that was fun.” It is surely a fun time to be in the cattle business.

Thank you to our supportive family who have helped with our ranch and our bull marketing program. Websites, photos, bull videos, facebook-our son Matt and Blanca Aurora in Regina and our son Jay and Blanca Paz in Toronto are responsible. Nice to have them all back in Canada with their energy and optimism.

We are appreciative of the sincerity of the T Bar C crew as they help us throughout the year. Our cattle goals seem more realistic with their involvement and marketing our bulls is more enjoyable with them at our side.

Terms & ConditionsTerms...The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; no invoicing on buyers in attendance, unless previous arrangements have been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.

Bidding...Each animal will sell to the highest bidder... no by-bidding will be permitted. Disputes - Bidding will be reopened between the parties involved in dispute. If no further bidding is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision on all disputes will be final.

Announcements...All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to such disclosures.

Breeder’s Guarantee...All animals sell with no further guarantee. All sales are final.

Certificate of Registration...Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Charolais Association. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.

Liabilities...All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, facility owner and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur. It is understood that T Bar C Cattle Co. Ltd. is acting only as a medium between buyer and seller and is not responsible for any failure on the part of either party to live up to his obligations. Neither does T Bar C Cattle Co. Ltd. assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties and any legal action that may in exceptional cases be taken must be between the buyer and the seller. T Bar C Cattle Co. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any credit extended by the seller to the buyer. The buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

Rights and Obligations...The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.

Phone, Mail, Wire Bids...Bidders unable to attend the sale may phone, mail or wire their bids and instructions to the sale managers, auctioneer or special representatives. Bids must be received in sufficient time prior to the sale.

Delivery...Neilson Cattle Company will assist with delivery arrangements. Bulls can be boarded free until April 30th. After May 1st, bulls will be charged $5/day.

Insurance...Will be available sale day. All bulls left at the ranch must be insured.

Errors...All announcements at sale time, written or oral, supercede any written material in the catalogue.
