    After completing my intern in GTZ/UDLE(Kathmandu) for more than 6 months I was posted toGTZ/FSRP(Rukum).Before taking over the job we had attended 16 Day workshop on TeamBuilding, ConflictTransformation, Realization on Development,Safe and Effective

    Management in Conflict to name a few.

    As I was a fresher that time, learned a lot from my seniors. We had a very small and sweet teamat Rukum.

    Never had any kind of misunderstanding among the team during my 4 months of tenure. MyTeam Leader, my direct reportee and my regional Manager were very great persons. Theyhelped to achieve what I am today in my life.

    While I was completing my Masters in Environment Science in India I joined FranklinCovey

    SouthAsia to finance my Master Education.

    I was Trained rigorously for 1 year in Sales and Marketing. I had learned a lot about thecorporate world around the world in India.

    I support a team of6 as Assistant Managerand I always ask my self that I have tried my best tounleash the talent in them for their betterment and for the Organization.

    Earlier I was transferred to Hyderabad to support a team and I didnt let the Management downand its always great to work with people with different diversity, culture. Very quickly dissolved inthe culture of Hyderabad and worked with the Team Effectively.

    We helped to organize mega symposium 4 times in Delhi and Hyderabad and I enjoyed workingwith teams.

    During my intern period in GTZ/UDLE I was engaged in the Thimi Municipality on Restoring

    and renovating the Temples and Patis,Paving roads in Thimi Municipality and we plannedthe Project in such that we achieved the result in proposed time. We got immense support fromThimi Municipality.

    In Rukum GTZ/FSRP I never let anybody down with the reports the support to the entire team.I offered support that I could and got the support from the team members for the effectivedelivery of work in the office and the on the field.

    In sales we work on Early Targets and I have achieved all my targets respectively for 5 yearsgetting awards forExcellence Performance. The huge target was divided into smaller chunks interms of monthly and weekly Targets and its very easy and the target seems so easy to achieve

    with great fun and enjoyment.

    During my college days, we prepared a survey report ofWild Animals activity in EcoZone inChitwan (Sauraha) and we submitted the report on the proposed date and were involved onother project. Planning is very much important to deliver results effectively. The blue prints ofthe Survey was prepared back at Kathmandu, means the half work was done back home andwe executed the half by surveying the EcoZone in Chitwan.

    I learned a lot on how to communicate with others. Communication plays a key role on

    supporting and understating others because we have to understand from their point on view andwe have to speak stepping into their shoes and this is a great skill.

    As I had been associated with local employee I did all my best using these skills to support them.

    In India communication skill is must to handle corporate client and as I completing all my yearlytarget I use these skills to offer them the best possible support I can.

    Being a manager these skills is a must to influence the team members. I have used thesequalities to support my team during my tenure in Nepal and as well as in India.

    As an example but a truth, I convinced my Fatheron the child marriage in Villages. Now hegives advice to other to stop child marriage and also to stop dowry practices.

    Influence is the game changer in the corporate world and i work forTraining and LeadershipDevelopment Organization and we have attended many programs on Influencing others.

    Rukum at that time was fully Maoist affected area and People were very afraid to co-operate todiscuss on the development issues but influencing them to understand the needs of the

    development in the area for their family and for themselves was very important and we did itthrough local efforts.

    It plays an important role in the policy context. On the one hand, the results achievable formitigation and adaptation are influencing the policy arena.

    We used the same in Thimi Municipality and Rukum. We analyse the information collectedfrom the locals and only after structuring the information we used to propose the same to the

    GTZ/UDLE office in Kathmandu. The same process is applied in Rukum also in spite it wasMaoist Effected Areas. It was very difficult to get to use and analysis the information for thebetterment of the area and for the community but we tried our best and some context wesucceed.

    Here in India its very easy to analyse and to use the information due to the advanced digital andinternet era. To identify issues and problems we have online assessment here in office and weoffer the same to our clients to solve the problem.

    Regarding the personal problem we consol our best to solve the issue.
