Incentivizing farmers to attend Nestlé's existing Coffee Farming Institute

Farmers who attend and are able to prove* that they’ve implemented learnings receive an 18% premium on the purchase of their product

* Nestlé representatives will visit the farm of program attendees on a semi- annual basis to ensure standards and being met

Participating farmers will visit for a week and Nestlé will provide daily meals and transportation
