NetworkNetworkA network is a group of devices (Nodes) connected by media links. A node can be a computer, printer or any other device capable of sending and receiving data generated by other nodes on the network.

In other words, a group of computer and associated peripherals connected by a communication channel capable of sharing files and other resources between several users is called network.
