Case Studies

Network Leadership - Staying Connected, Building Connections STRONGER NETWORKS-BETTER OUTCOMES

• Building the case for Networks as a way of organising• Supporting Network Leaders with learning, sharing and connecting

Our methodology: Most Significant Change The MSC approach involves generating and analysing personal accounts of change (improvement) and deciding which of these accounts is the most significant – and why. Essentially, the process involves the collection of significant change (SC) stories and the systematic selection of the most significant of these stories by panels of designated stakeholders or staff.
