Network Printer Usage Manual

Normal Print

Step 1.

Click on Print option of the document or simply Ctrl+P .

Step 2.

The following screen appears. Select the printer to be used.

Step 3.

Click on Print.

The following Screen appears.

Step 5.

Enter your login Credentials and Press OK. The printed document will be available at the

printer location.

Optional Advanced Printing Using- Secure Print

Step 1.

Click on Print option of the document or simply Ctrl+P

Step 2.

The following screen appears. Select the printer to be used.

Click on Secure Print option

Step 6.

Click on Yes on the following dialog box

Step 7.

Do not change user name and add any password as convenient which is to be used

during printing. Please remember the password which has been set.

Step 8.

Press OK on Secured Print Details and the Printer Properties Window.

Step 9.

Then Click on Print

Step 10.

The following window appears. The document name, computer name and password is

shown. You can change the document name if required. Click on Ok and the document is sent

to printer for printing.

Step 11.

Enter your printer login credentials and press on Ok.

Step 12.

Reach the location of the printer selected. Press the Start button. Login Credentials will

be asked. Enter Dept. Id and Password. Press Log In/Out button to login.

You are logged into the printer.

Step 14.

Press the Scan/Options Buttons. The following screen appears. Tap on the Secure Print

option.

Step 15.

The document will be shown on the screen. Tap on the document and enter the preset

password that was set at your laptop/pc while availing the secure print option. The document

will be printed.

Step 16. Then logout from the Printer by pressing the Log In/Out button. It is important to logout

from your account so that it is not misused by other users.

Instruction for PhotoCopying

Step 1.

Reach the printer location

Step 2.

Tap on Department Id to enter the login ID. Then tap on Password option and

enter the password. Press LogIn/Out button to login.

Step 3.

Place the document to be copied into the scanner and press Start Button

Step 4.

The document will be copied. Please do not forget to press the Log In/Out button

after your operation to logout from the printer.
